Local transport will be provided for Teams between the Accommodation and the Regatta Venue. The service will start from Wednesday, 8 April 2020 and will end on Sunday, 12 April 2020. The cost for the local transport service for Teams is 80 euro per person. Please send the completed Local Transport request form by 13 March 2020 to firstname.lastname@example.org

Team Managers will be required to complete the transportation form, for each day, at the Venue by 18:00hrs the previous day.
Teams who require assistance to obtain visas for entry to Italy to attend the 2020 World Rowing Cup 1, Sabaudia, regatta must provide the following information for all team members including rowers, coaches, technical staff, etc… (excluding accompanying guests) to the Organising Committee, specifying the embassy of the city where they will apply:
• date of birth
• passport number
• passport expiry date
• name and address of Hotel where they will be staying
• confirmation that travel, accommodation and medical insurance expenses will be at your own costs
• arrival and departure dates
A request with all relevant information will be forwarded to our NOC who will contact the Italian Embassy of your Country. A barcode containing a protocol number will be issued when your practice will be successfully forwarded to the Embassy.
On receipt of this barcode you will need to make an appointment with the Italian Embassy in your country and show the barcode and the passports of the concerned people. The visas will normally be issued approximately two weeks later.

VISA INVITATION LETTER
If you require a Visa Invitation letter inviting your team to take part in the 2020 World Rowing Cup I to be held in Sabaudia, Italy 10-12 April 2020, please submit your request (which must include: names, date of birth, citizenship, passport details, function, travel and accommodation details for each person requiring a visa), as soon as possible and no later than 1 March 2020, to the Organising Committee by email to: firstname.lastname@example.org

SABAUDIA ON THE MAP
Due to its central location, Sabaudia can easily be reached by plane, train, or car.
For example ROMA FIUMICINO international airport to Sabaudia is approx. 1 hour and 58 minutes.
Transfers between the Airport and Sabaudia are included if accommodation is booked through the organising committee. Please get in touch with us!
By car. Take the A2 motorway towards Naples, exit for Frosinone. Then follow the ss 156 Lepini towards Latina to the Priverno intersection from where you reach SP Marittima, follow the signs for Sabaudia.

There will be a designated area for boat trailers behind the Boat Park.

FOOD SERVICES FOR TEAMS
LUNCH AT THE REGATTA VENUE
Lunch will be available for Teams at the Regatta Venue from 11:00 to 15:00hrs. The cost is €20 per lunch per person.
Lunch tickets must be ordered and paid for on booking at the Team Managers Information Centre at the Venue by 18:00hrs the previous day. Please contact the Organsing Committee if you wish to order lunch tickets in advance.
Lunch tickets that have been booked and paid for are not refundable if not used.
